pathos of an indian woman has been described

Under a Banyan tree

Under a Banyan tree

She is weeping before the crowd
In a loud voice
The Chairman declared his verdict
That she is the convict and has to pay fine
for her guilt against her chastity
None has taken her side justice
She did that to feed her two month's child
Fifty rupees fine with separation from the society
That penniless pity cried and wept there
That gracious chairman paid her fine amount and
Warne her not to repeat again this
That gathering melted
The hands of that chairman pulled her hips
to his bed room to repeat her sin again
