A dream i had a while ago compares so well with my current state at the moment and that one person who has always been there

Apoligies if its not that good as i threw it together quickly while it was fresh in my mind


Just a little dream ... with big realizations

I close my eyes and all i see is blackness...
Just the dark and the cold and the emptyness as far as the eyes can see...
I'm standing on the edge of annihilation...
Looking at its infinite depths... So inviting...
I just want to fall into it...
And let the madness embrace me forever...
It whispers to me... It tells me it will all be over...
I will have peace that is mine and no other's...
If i just give up... And fall...
But everytime i try to plunge... Something grabs hold of me...
Pulls me away from the edge... Turns me and slaps me across the face...

It's you!... It's you?...
Of course... It would be you... It has to be you... It has always been you...
Always there to catch me when i just want to fall off the edge...
When i'm at my most vulnerable and ready to call it quits...

No need to apologise, you are able to merge dreams with reality well, you are lucky to have a constant, to pull you back, stay away from the edge.
