ON THEN OFF THE SHOW SHELF

It was put upon the show shelf fore all to see ,

Afore many could see it ,

It were removed ,

Taken off ,

Replaced , by something ,

Much finer , it has to be said , in truth ,

Rather pretty , appealing on the eye ,

Now it sits upon a shelf ,

In the back ,

Maybe some will look out back ,

And see it back their ,

A bit rough ,

But ever ready ,

Awaiting to be found ,

Maybe the one may be you
