Presence of the Heart

Attention silently resting in its well

 

is cracking the defensive shell

 

Believed concepts are falling apart

 

revealing the love and presence of the Heart

Both wonderful and scary things happen when what we believe is challenged by what we experience . . . as Dreaming Dreams so eloquently alluded to it requires a leap of faith from what we are to what we could be, hearing the heart saying "just let go".

Love swung from one vine while reaching for another. Still holding onto the latter she held tight testing the new before biding farewell. This entire poem is fashioned to what I am a witness to now. My favorite lines are: Believed concepts are falling apart.....revealing the love and presence of the Heart.

What a fool believes huh? One great poem, really very well expressed, on point and powerful! Enough to make the most naive soul take note and ponder at one's reflection.
