This is a dumb assignment from a dumb class, but I actually didn't mind how it turned out --the last line's concept is taken a bit from the song "How soon is now?"

I am poetry, defining self
I am music, seeking resolution
I am food, spicing life
I am spirit, guiding others
I am work, seeking excellence
I am sex, reaching out
I am human, in need of Love.

Lady Courtaire
This is gorgeous, and it rings true to this day. I especially love "I am music, seeking resolution," but honestly every line is great.
