It is difficult to discribe.
What is life
A ebb?
A rainbow?
What can you say?

Life has no foot hold
It can slip just now
And leave you hanging
On an unknown regrets.

Good poem, but it might be stronger if you expand it a little. Just a suggestion is all.

Just minor repairs to this line if you want. foothold and " On ( an ) unknown regrets "
Like the rest of us, we all want to know what is life you did a good job of capturing that wonder.
