(what is there to say)

Other Words

as a moment slows and deepens
senses arouse from where
we are no one knows
this ache, this arcing bridge
of poem undulates and glows
the silken kiss of water slides
around shapes and forms
as we appear in time
I may lose my thought, my self
seeking a way through the words
repeat themselves, infinite drops
of rain falling as I am for you
compose the timbre of my reason
as the moment s l o w s and deepens.

Another triumph, my friend!
As you will have noted, I have applauded all your poems to date, and this I shall applaud also. For there is a mastery of imagery and a subtle sensuousness that is, simply, unmatched elsewhere. (I love 's l o w s'!)
I am happy you are here ;-)
