unrequited love song

Ramona (for music)

The smoky motion of a fatal flame
My lips are embers if I speak your name
I search for solace but it can't be found
So I talk to shades as they roam around

Ramona ..

The molten moment of a knowingness
To leave your light is to leave me less
Your love of self keeps you burning bright
And I have no chance but the moonlight might

Ramona..

Ergo egos.
Far away are loves that will draw near.

Musical indeed :)

Another intriguing piece, my friend.
There is something a little Poe-esque here. I admire also the well-chosen rhyme scheme, enhanced by the dramatic interludes. I believe I hear strings again, perhaps the mournful timbre of a cello?
Applause!

Perfect rhythm and flow and strong rhyme. Great last line.
