When comets pass

I still wake up sometimes
you know
When comets pass
In the middle of the night

Half a sleep, half awake
I can feel the color of my blood
turning blue

I am a moth when I dream
swarming around the light that she is

I always fear she'll leave me
even though she left me years ago

night soul woman The PoetBay support member heart!
The last lines made my mind wander in a good way almost like finding possible answers inside the darkness of our body while gazing at the dark sky with the hidden stars(light pollution) and sensing how the outer space allows comets to pass through it, freely:) without ever knowing if *it*(the outer space) hurts forever or simply reconstructs itself while we remain inside it as a part of it and inside our own silence:) Thank you for sharing. A good reading experience
