A SUNDAY SUMMERS AFTERNOON STROLL

A summers Sunday

Hot , lovely day

For a walk in the sun

Passed a dad teaching his

Daughter to ride her bike

Rather nervous the bike

A mind of it's own

Swaying

She fell off

''sorry dad ''

He smiled

'' dont worry sweet hart ''

'' No need to be sorry ''

'' your doing just fine ''

Dads comforting smile

Encourage his daughter

To remount and carry on

A sunny summers Sunday afternoon encounter

Soup in the Sand
Marvelous, beautiful moment well-captured. Evokes much grinning.

Not long ago I helped my daughter
to ride her bike and when she succeded
her joy warmed my heart
Thanks for sharing

made me smile Ken, I had to teach myself to ride a bike, I remember going round and round the yard, until eventually I got the hang of it - we had this old granite trough for the horses, not sure how many times I crashed into it lol, thanks for the memory :-)
