I truly hate how some can beat their kids. What makes a person do such terrible thing??! I wrote some words `bout it, after seing a movie about child-abuse..


Little boy..

Oh, little boy,
don`t be scared
It`s all going to go away

only the pain will stay

Oh, little boy,
don`t cry those tears
Mom has gone away

but she will always be here

Oh, little boy,
don`t show daddy fear
The screams he must hear

this little boy
should not have been there

Oh, little boy,
you don`t belong here

Now, little boy,
an angel flying high

His daddy,
so sorry
looking into the sky

I couldn't write a comment in my previous reading.

But having been there, you would appreciate the choking inside that goes on when stuff like this is put forward.

I find it a great comfort that there are out there - people that sympathise and feel another's life experience.

And when the child has grown - there still remains in the man, that little boy. This poem has gone farther than may first seem on the outside.

leaves indelible scares on the psyche of children!

I find that very sad......I dont get why some parents would choose to hurt their own flesh and blood!But this poem to the little boy is very sweet.....its almost like I can see the little boy and I wish this sort of thing would never happen.
