Thus once again, I hide in my shellRetreat to the comfort in which I ever dwell
This world is more than I am able to cope
Thus I destroy the last remnant of hope
Leave me in my decay
Let my world fade to grey
Let me flee this world - it's too real
Let me hide in a place whence there is nothing to feel
Falling through the void
Trying to avoid
Her questions, her glance, the smile on her face
She hath set my soul ablaze
Now I have none
A transformation has begun
I try to seize the sun,
But I have ceased to care
utterly unaware
falling; falling endlessly
redefining history
those dreams I won't perceive
In utter disbelief
Hate is my tongue
I wish to be undone
Will you in me believe
Even though I you deceive?
This feels so unreal
All those things I wish conceal
I try to define what I may never perceive
I try to define what I want to believe
