resignations of an untainted mind

the psithurism through the trees
sound as though tiny feet
are dancing across the leaves

my mind is occupied
with tea kettles, nature walks
and unconnected lines of verse

kindred minds beguile,
smiling lips never lie
and words never die

i keep trying to define my "self"
through my words,
records of my ideas,
verbial constructions
of mind-thoughts

reoccurring thoughts
wipe clean
the reflection of "self identity"
as mirrors reflect images
