Darkening of the times.
The balances in nature
Not found in our climes.
With cold and light of Winter
We can again begin
To warm and see the freedoms
That we still need to win.
So in this Yuletide season
Do not despair, but reach
To Goddesses long yearning
Humanity to teach:
'Twixt persons and divine
A joyous turn sublime.
