A STORY OR POEM SOME TIMES
Some times , tells of what is trueIt they should be so
Romance , a writer can not say
When writing of life as it truly is
An American widow was asked:
'' What do miss most of your husband? ''
She became quiet , as she though about the Question
'' I miss the smell of his sweet , his dirty work where hanging behind the door ''
Not the most romantic , of memory's , one may think
Of war , a writer , may not write of bravery , derring-do romanticizing battle
And all things war , many do affter all , yes make war sexy! pornographic
Violence
Or the writer writes of war and it's battle's as it is
Blood and gore , maiming , of the body and mind
Not of great bravery , but of survival , not cowardice
Put a badly wounded comrade , pout his misery and pain
BUT to insure , due to crying out , brings attention , make the enemy
A where , give away the position of those still alive
The truth of life , has writ , can be upsetting , thats life!
