Who be the greater poetbayer?

Hence, they daren't forge for themselves
Names, Titles, Honours, & Accolades.
It must be true what has been said:
It isn't what we have done or failed to do
But how we have made people feel;
In the end, that is the definitive mark-
This is what we are remembered for,
Or quite conveniently fade out of....
Who then be the greater poetbayer?
Waste of talent is perhaps the lack
Of harmonious human interaction.
We each together sail alone that sea
Which leads to that desired discovery.
Who then be the greater poetbayer?

The greater poetbayer changes every day with every poem and with each reader. Like you say, it's that poem that speaks to the reader at that particular time that becomes the greatest of each day. Different poems, different poets, different readers ... that's the beauty of the place, isn't it?
