broken ice

bleak and blistered
tundraic whispers howl
with deft tendrils of
liquid nitrogen, then
in a flurry of dust devils
this landscape's void of
voices once more

Elle The PoetBay support member heart!
I could feel the chill of the tundra, beautiful, image provoking

one trick pony The PoetBay support member heart!
I like it too, and it's the liquid nitrogen tendrils which make it vivid for me, though whispering howls across the tundra is awesome.
