Just a poem written for a dear friend Michael who has lightened my light up. and helped me slay some night time dragons.


Dragons And Friends

You helped slay my dragons
as they rained fire upon me
as he breathed temptation
I was able to break free

You reminded me dear friend
I have the power to understand
to defeat these fiery dragons
when they get out of hand

I remembered that only God
has control of my destiny
all I need do is pray
from these dragons I'd be free

My friend you were the sword
placed in my hand tonight
you helped turn my darkness
into the sun shining bright

Yes God and dear friends
such a winning combination
I have found both in my life
to help me with my Salvation

So dragons begone from me
you are not welcome anymore
I have Jesus Christ in my heart
Satan can not hurt me anymore
