Redeemed

Suspended upon a cross of time
Wrapped within a world of dreams
Some of light, others trapped
In darkness
Hung,

The Object spun
Of what was supposed to be
Both true and false
Was worshipped both for
Good and Bad
Enshrined in blood and golden lies
Like evening spreading wide
Lived and died,

It was ended the way of all the same
Things are and are not
Thought to be
Fallen and risen again
A promise broken to be redeemed.

We all have good and difficult parts of us. Whose to say who is fit for a good afterlife. The teachings of Christ focus on love and forgiveness. The real question is can we forgive ourselves of past transgressions. Very thought provoking piece.

What a striking meditation on paradox, transformation, and grace. The imagery flows like prophecy; heavy with loss, yet glinting with the possibility of renewal. Thank you for sharing something so beautifully layered and quietly powerful.
