The Light is for All to Share
Yet the choice to do so is left up to each one.

Tonight Light Falls

Tonight light falls from faraway

From whether heaven or a star

Although today is rather gray

To lose a battle or the war

Forever raging outside the window blinds

Beyond a peaceful ocean's secret soul

Dreams of answers simple no one ever finds

A better world to live in for their role

So close the window tight inside is gray

Tonight the light falling from faraway

So lost the battle and the war

From whether heaven or a star

I know you poetry from old, and this one bears your special hallmark I feel. It needs more than one read to get the full gist of what you are saying. I have seen light falling too, but I live in hope that it will rise victorious in the end. New Year greetings to you. Blessings, Allen
