This poem does not have a name. Just words that popped into my mind. Any suggestions for a name would be appreciated

Poem with no Name

Startled awake, sweating from a horrible dream
All I remember is gunfire and screams
Running and firing in the fight
Battle that continued throughout the night
I grab the picture next to my bed
A picture of you and me, except your dead
Tears start rolling down my face
I should have got you out of that place
At your funeral, I couldn't look at your families faces
I will never forget that awful day
I don't know what to say
With your life the ultimate price you paid
Twenty one gun salute and "Taps" played on the horn
For you, your friends and family mourn
I stand at attention and salute you my friend
You are our guardian angel, until me meet again

Do you not think it is strange that someone killed in a firefight gets a 21 gun salute? I do not mean to be disrespectful because anyone killed in action for their country deserves the highest honour we can bestow. Perhaps the title should be "One Bullet Then Twenty One". Powerful piece.

Stark, brave, horrid and sad, a great thing written by your hands and memories and feeling. Wow.

As I read this I thought—Comrades in Arms. Perhaps it isn't original, but it seems to fit.

Very vivid images in this lovely poem. I would just name it with one word, perhaps the name where the battle took place. It's very sad.
