A writing about those who make assumptions.

Don't you think you know it all

Don't you think you know it all,
you have it all worked out.
you took just a single moment in time,
to know what I'm about.

Heaven knows mistakes are made,
we've all fell short on trust.
friendsips fall, and bridges crumble,
all tarnished now in rust.

I'm not the person you've made out,
to quick to judge you are.
and its a pity, a dam shame.
our friendship could go far.

you knew me for five minutes,
a measly time indeed.
in time a flower would have grown,
instead of just a weed.
