A free verse poem of forming purpose.

Creating Meaning

When purpose can't build momentum,
Commitment cannot establish healthy structure.

Motivation won't thrive on results,
Lacking the ambition to succeed.

Constructing reason begins with goals,
Producing aim when no desired path is set.

Developing cause to exercise by defeating laziness,
Creating a mission at work even if repetition is dull.

Once intent forms useful blueprints,
Meaning will be built on solid foundation.

Commitment to a goal is the only way to achieve the success we look for. There are no shortcuts, or procrastination that will get us there. Well written.
