how do i say

i miss you like this plain
sheet of paper sits here
on my table
waiting and not waiting
and yet it sits
yearning and not yearning
to be written upon
but it sits
in case i want to write

i miss you like this computer screen
in front of me
a boxed white space
for me to fill
and all that i want to fill it with is you

when my mind is full of you
how can the pages remain blank
when my heart is so so full of you
how can anything i am in can remain blank

everything that surrounds me or the space
i occupy
is full of you
it is.
