Eternity in a second
Amidst this progression of chaos
I find peace in this mess
Silence amongst all these machines

A second of clarity
When time becomes irrelevant
A moment of perfection
A moment of fulfilment

Eternity in a second
The only way to deal
While the hours fly like minutes
And the sun jumps across the sky

It is the second of silence
The second of perfection
The second of fulfilment
Making thousands more bearable
