Little Flower

Little Flower you were born in the Spring
Like an enchanted tune a natural epiphany
Spreading your delicately touched petals
Amongst glowering violets hungry spiders
Curling dreams of sapphire smokes
Within yourself as Summer fell across
The stars awoke to smile inside your eyes
Were pearly tears to wet the pages of sudden
Years flocked with wings and singing window
Pains opening whispered secret places of
The Night that was striking fragile cymbals
Into awfully beautiful fragments of Melody
Days of discordant harmonies something
To tell yourselves whilst others sleep
Safe and naturally,
Are there other worlds to grow underneath the snow
Little Flower you were born in the Spring. . .
