I appreciate the community of poetbay, but also the generational aspect. People we've known for years suddenly disappear leaving a void and saddness and a sense of loss. Then, new people come, bringing new thoughts, ideas, personalities, styles of writing and character. 

Personally, Poetbay has given me a platform for expressing sides of myself which would otherwise be silent.

For that, for the sense of community, for the pleasure of reading poems (and getting to know people) from all over the world, I am grateful. 

What Isabelle and her husband, and Anna, are doing with their own time and resources is beyond words, but "thank you" comes close. Thank you.
