It’s one of my poems that has a special meaning to me.
Give it your best of smiles,
For it’s indeed the secret ingredient.
︒𐬹︒𐬹︒𐬹︒𐬹︒︒𐬹︒𐬹︒𐬹︒𐬹︒
As you lift yourself of your bed,
Be thankful for all ,
Even the most simplest of things;
︒𐬹︒𐬹︒𐬹︒𐬹︒︒𐬹︒𐬹︒𐬹︒𐬹︒
Simplest of flowers,
often always are left to drift away;
Within time’s passive,
Ever changing rivers.
︒𐬹︒𐬹︒𐬹︒𐬹︒︒𐬹︒𐬹︒𐬹︒𐬹︒
Be gentle to yourself,
For where else can seeds
Of such rarity be found?
︒𐬹︒𐬹︒𐬹︒𐬹︒︒𐬹︒𐬹︒𐬹︒𐬹︒
As you walk these busy streets;
Look upon the sky,
Remember; Always remember,
As infinitely vast those skies are;
So are you;
︒𐬹︒𐬹︒𐬹︒𐬹︒︒𐬹︒𐬹︒𐬹︒𐬹︒
Never stop being curious ,
Dare to chart islands within you;
Despite the storm’s pleas to return
Despite the sun’s comfortable offers.
︒𐬹︒𐬹︒𐬹︒𐬹︒︒𐬹︒𐬹︒𐬹︒𐬹︒
Be kind Little One.
For it’s an adventure worthwhile.

Be kind, Little one.
