The Corona strain


After having finally recovered from Corona,
many former patients show the weirdest post-traumatic symptoms,
first of all profound unfathomably deep depressions,
weakness like after some years’ ordeal in hospital and coma
and with no end to a most relentless hangover of a fatigue
that only constantly gets worse;
and others even think they have gone mad
as they feel lost like if their brains were out of order;
everything preposterously indicating
that there never was an illness like it,
and it still is far from over yet.
What can you do about it?
It’s a kind of nervous stress affecting your entire system,
and the one thing you can do is not to make it worse
by adding to the arduous stress by straining it to further torture.
You can never have enough of rest,
and second best is constant meditation for a change
whenever you get back that feeling of a monkey on your back.
It’s good to physically exercise as well,
and concentration is the best of practices.
Above all, you should always take it easy.
