The Sanctimonious Act Proclaims Forth
Only Us and Only We Are
Something or the Other,
The wholly Unholy Text Projects
Into an Outer Earth
Birth and Death Repeat
The Words are Said
Unsaid things do not
Live and Die
Just to be
or not,
The Sanctimonious Act.

A wonderful indictment of the common human tendency to separate ourselves, by whatever means (or “wholly Unholy text”) into the worthy and the unworthy rather than appreciating the depths that we share we look at the shallows that make us different and learn to hate on that basis.
