Dreams as symbols of marriage
They say I am married to my dreams.
They do not harm me. We do not quarrel.
Unfortunately they are not always available.
Like love you have to wait for them patiently,
as they cannot appear except naturally.
Like women their souls have no body,
and what’s worse, you cannot even touch them.
So why should you keep them and have them at all?
You just cannot do without them.
They may trouble you and delight you,
but they are always there,
and that’s the only certain thing about them.
So just tolerate them, accept them
as an inevitable part of your life,
and the best thing of all, they cost you nothing;
so just live with them
and make the best of them as they are.
