Back Pain Spasm Blues
My favourite saying at the moment is Arghhhhhhh...that’s the sound of back spasm pain blues, move one way move again the back spasm demon don't care when it will torment and destroy you on just a whim. The back pain blues where they come from no one knows, that’s gonna make a blues song. Sing through pain make humour your armour sing out of key destroy the Demon.....Awhoooo back pain blues awhooo back pain blues.....take away the pain make me human again.......Poetry by John holliday
