Vilnius, northern convocation calls
Helsinki builds her border fence
there's a cry in every nation
of hunger, of pain, and of fear
why do the sovereign nations rage
with it the course of history steer

How true! I repeatedly think (and say!) that mankind never learns the lessons from history. Lawrence Beck made a similar observation in his poem "Macron Commemorates the End of the Second World War in Europe" the other day. Where the hell is the World being led? (Excuse the pun!) Blessings, Allen
