Sent messages
Sometimes I read throughmy sent messages.
The subjects are random,
These are a few that I like.
Dementia
A person I know phoned a friend,
Asking her for her telephone number;
As she couldn't remember it.
To the editor
As for my scribbles,
I wondered what you would think.
Should I carry on writing?
Or stop wasting the ink.
Comparison
So far in writing, I've been compared to;
Lewis Carroll, Mary Poppins and Dr Seuss.
Only I don't think I have the legs for Mary Poppins.
Is he real?
I always ponder on things,
Like if they found the last page
of the bible, And it read....

KFC
Went into KFC,
Saw this buxom lass cleaning table's.
On her t-shirt were the words,
Finger licking good. Asked wife.
"Can I ask her if it's the whole breast?".
Apparently the wife doesn't have a sense of humour.
As sameen wrote, I would appreciate comments
Wether negative or not. Should I publish more?
