Cream cake reasoning

Carol once said, while
looking at a cream cake.
" Doctor says I can't eat
Sweet treats as I'm pre diabetic.

I replied. " If you think about it,
Everybody that's not diabetic
Is pre diabetic ",
Should she still buy the cake?
