As night sets in and lights go dim,shadows of cedars lengthen


Lengthening shadows

The autumn draws in
Evenings grow colder
The lights of the next
Home go off and silence
The crickets talk to one
Another adding divine music
Where has everyone gone ?
I might not live long
For season is restless
And I have endured a lot
