If I live to 89, what does the perception of your lifespan feel like?1 + 1/2 + 1/3 + 1/4 + 1/5 + ... + 1/87 + 1/88 + 1/89 < 5 (life flies) if you ask yourself once a year the day of your birthday
when I am 5years old and I lived 1 year, I have lived 1/5 of my life
when I am 6 years old and I lived 1 year, I have lived 1/6 of my life
etc... that's why when I live 1 year at 88 and 1 year at 6 it seems that at 88 it went faster because 1/88 < 1/6
We could compute the integral of 1/x with x in min, hours, days, months, years to get a continuous sensation.
