Free speech, don't make me laugh,

Even then you had to watch what you said,
Incase someone along the way shouted,
"Off with his head".
Come and ask for free speech,
Down along ten downing street.
Some politicians would stick on a tax,
I know that this is true, someone told me in a fax.
