In medecine, when the doctor hasn't any clue of how to cure your disease, you need to go to visit another one, probably better or different (you suppose that if you pay more, you'll get a better one)but in psychology, when the patient doesn't give good results, he is translated to an intern or a student in psychology as if the patient was a bad studend who needed to be relocated to another weaker section of studies
