This mind of mine isn't letting go

It's relentlessly picking at my resolve

 

It goes on until I fall into an obsessive state

About something crazy I shouldn't want at all

 

I really do fight it off as long as I can

But in the end, I just go ahead with it

 

And when I do, I just can't stop myself

That's where I'm at again, no surprise

 

But this time, I'm decided will be the last

'Cause this needs to come to an end

 

I just can't do this anymore

It has to stop, for my sake and yours

compte tenu de mon passé et de mon présent psychique...il y a des moments où mon cerveau n'en fait qu'à sa tête lol
et c'est une pente glissante...
si je te comprends bien, parfois tu tournes en vrille? comme si les pensées pesaient et finissaient par tomber par terre ?
picking at my resolve...tu veux dire que c'est un retroactive loop?
obsessive state, oui parfois j'ai la même chose, encore un loop pour moi
mais comment arrêter tout cela ? sans s'arrêter soi-même...parler à des gens qu'on aime bien...qui vous aiment, qui vous respectent et vous élèvent
