Who would slay the dragon
Breathing fire and spitting hate?
And yet in the heart of us
Lies the knowledge that to kill
Is an unholy act, and quite wrong.
There is a line of thinking
That believes we are on our own
That no interdimensional
Energy will come and rescue us,
For that too would be unholy -
Interfering in the evolution
Of another sentient species.
What is needed it seems to me
Is to discover the Achilles' heel
Of this behemoth enitity
And starve it of adoration,
Of energy, so that it might
Wither and die of it's own accord - 
Quickly if possible!
