all the numbers have never been written
because there is an infinite number of numbers
but what is written
is the method of how to tell them
right

if you right in base 2
there are only 2 numbers : 0 and 1
but if you write the number in an infinite base
how many different numbers you need to write
all these numbers? an infinite
so that the numbers are never repeated ?
