Muted In The Middle

Muted In The Middle
There's a puddle
in the pond-
Lost among some
Angry frongs.

Don't go in the water,
Because you might get wet.
And don't forget
What hasn't come yet.

Can one ever Right
The wrongs of the bog-
By blogs blasting bias
Croaked by a frog?

When the minnows
Nibble your skin
Let those waters
Reflect your twin.
And remember-
Never, never dive
When you swim.

Hawks nearby soon fly by
Where a trio of frogs are spied.
And here it ends
Where it begins-
The frogs
We're promptly eaten.
