economy of war

I've made a thought heavy like a scent
and this thought is....
what's worth to make a missile from its design
to the final launch if it will be destroyed

the economy of war, I guess, tells that if the price made
to build this weapon is less than the money of things
that will be destroyed, it's a good investment
