Just sumfin i wrote 4 a friend wen she was down bout her X...might not b 2 gewd coz i dont usually write these sorta poems but i tried 4 her coz i luv er 2 bits!


HeartBreak

I see the tears running down your cheek,
and I want to wipe them away with the rest of the pain the world brings,
If I had the power to do this, I would for you my friend,

The pain he has brought you hurts me so,
The way he broke your heart, breaks mine,
I wish I could help you get over him,
but love and heartbreak are a way of life,

If only you could see yourself the way others do,
Your beauty, your smarts and humour,
He doesn't even realise what he is losing,
You say you can't get over himn,
He thinks you'll always be there as a backup..a call girl,
But slowly you will start to slip away,
Second choice is not good enough,

People say that friends should always come first,
That why whatever happens, in my heart you will always be first,
Don't let worries fill your mind,
Remember i'm always here for you, no matter what,

Friends 'til the end..such a common line,
yet hardly is it ever true,
But in this case with you and I, it is true.
