This is a true story, I hope that I have been able to convey the essence well. Its a story I am pleased to share, and give the honor and the glory to the one that brought me out of the dark, and back into his marvelous light.

This Collar I wear!

I see the questions in your eyes, the one you are
hesitant to ask. Sit, I will share with
you the story of this collar I wear.

I once wore a collar placed on my by mortal man,
believing I had found my place, an obvious lower
life form in need of recreation, turned into that
submissive that would bring pride to any man.

I learned obedience brought by fear, fear of
being punished, The sting of leather, the pain of
bondage, yet desiring that pain as if some kind of
justice for guilt that I carried.

It brought a strange sense of satisfaction,
a twisted version of being successful at something,
rather than a failure at everything. Feeling a
sense of belonging somewhere, to someone.

I remember the feel of cold steel against my
neck, trailing downward, stinging as it left
marks on my skin. There was terror in me,
knowing the potential danger I was in,
knowing I could die.

Two years passed as I wondered. feeling
lost in pitch dark always searching for a light
to free me. Then I had a dream, and my life
changed over night.

I see the wondering in your stare, the glancing
at my collar, the collar of my true Master,
The one worthy of placing it on me.

The pearls signify his great worth, and the
plate ingraved with the word salvation, that
represents the greatest gift ever given.

I no longer belong to mortal man, who can
give me nothing lasting, nothing eternal. I
no long have to cower in fear of anger, or
fear doing wrong.

This collar I wear with pride and with
great joy. My Master needs no bonds to hold
me, he needs no leather to punish me. All he
needs is to bring me to his feet, his Love for
me does the rest.
