In my eyes you are piece of art

You sit all alone
Your dark hair covering your face
No one is talking to you
But you are used to it
Behind a pair of glasses two blue eyes stares out in thin air
One hand clinging to the other
Poisonous tongues spits at you with their words
But you don't dare to answer back
Not any more
You just crawl together on you chair
Afraid even to breath in the same air as anyone else

From the other side of the room I am looking at you
In my eyes you are a piece of art

wow evelyn, i really liked this...

"Poisonous tongues spit at you with their words"

"From the other side of the room I am looking at you
In my eyes you are a piece of art"

a wondrous work on perspective here... it's sad we treat the unique and special as nothing... it's horrible because they are the poets, the artists, the inventors... the people that help humanity...

beautiful poem my norway friend =)
