well, you probaly all see who this is influenced by..

An Absinthe Reverie

An Angel of Eden, How sweet the sound
That echoes through the forest ground
A vision of glory, a virtue so true
Hair of raven, eyes twinkling with dew
It must be the Moon, so high above
The mother of this graceful dove
That touched me in the lonely night
And blessed me with this godly sight
The silky feel of the blushing wine
Flowing with this musical rhyme
A comfort for the weary and mislead
A silent sleep for the restless dead
Like the lilies upon the windswept hill
I'm but an instrument for her will
The descending of the velvet shades
Calls her back to raging waves
This enchantment was never meant to be
She belongs to the deep, passionate sea

not read any poe for ages. it's a good thing to find inspiration in what has been written before, to refine the future, our voice.

no, no idea who it is influenced by actually. must be dumb. reading between the lines too close, anywhere can lead to far worse poisoning.
