childhood relieved,
Two little adults
Out in the rain....
sqeuals at the feel of water!
cold soothing sensations
as we fall ina puddle
and lean towads each other.
were we there too long?
You felt the cold first
and with every drop the sensation faded-
Soaked to disintegration our feel
and our song in the rain
took a melancholic turn:
mistook it for a dirge I did!
Now at the window ledge I sit
sneezing and coughing
down with a running cold
Praying fro the rain to go away...
till when I am less cold
and less lonely.
