Once again, the movie Don Juan D'Marco influences my mood.

Searching, Wishing, Waiting

How will I find Love?

searching
pretending
fantasies
men created
like a role in a play
a character
a romantic novel
his face
his body
his personality
changing as I define him
to suit me
and the mood I am in

Where will I find Love?

wishing
hoping
fairy tales
a knight in shinning armour
in a kingdom of love
his strength
his resolve
his courage
saving me as I need him
to suit me
and the dream I am in.

When will Love find me?

Like a lost, deserted island
I am filled with lush foilage
delicious fruits
pure cool water
mountains
valleys
pristine beaches
all waiting
for the one
to come and enjoy
all I have to offer
and share
in the
bounty
of pleasures.

I am only waiting to be discovered.

Like a beautifully illustrated book, you opened your heart and soul for all to read and feast upon. It makes us all part of you.

Beautiful as always!
I was just thinking: Why not see yourself as the discoverer, sailing across adventurous seas, overcoming perils and storms to finally reach a land of sun, pure sources and spices?...

This is an amazing poem, whatch the comma use, (isn't suite spelled like suit?) also this is a wonderfully flowing poem that switches from amaizing description to fullfilling emotions and back again. You asked a question and expanded it by your answers. I love poetry that does so. You poetry filled me with emotion, thank you, that is why i read poetry. Congratulations on a job well done.
